Load and Eject buttons go inactive when Eject is pressed and held in the eject position.

Reasons and Solutions:

1. The eject and load sensors have lost orientation when the tray bed moves further out

**Turn machine off and power back on.

Prevention: There is no need to press and hold the Eject button after the tray bed is ejected.
